The hotel is extremely cozy, beautiful, and very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast, although simple, is carefully prepared and delicious. Even though our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff kindly offered us complimentary drinks while we waited. The hotel’s excellent location is in a charming and well-located neighborhood.

The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom is good and clean. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant offers good options at a fair price. They also gave me a ticket for a free drink at arrival which is always a great way to start.

We were very impressed by all aspects of our stay. the reception was very efficient with lear information about the hotel and the area, and a free welcome drink. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant had a good selection for dinner, and a fabulous spread for the beakfast buffet. The area is full of more expensive, big name hotels, but we found this one offered better service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Mathías at the front desk was wonderful, helpful and kind! The other staff were also friendly and very competent. Rooms were comfortable and clean, great value for money and very well-located!

The water pressure in the shower was not good and it took 15 minutes to have hot water - it goes against the water protection sign for the washing of towels and sheets .

Good sized room with everything I needed. Staff were very helpful. Huge spread for breakfast which was fantastic to have included!
